বাংলাদেশে অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে ঐতিহাসিক ১৩তম জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচন। বাংলাদেশ নির্বাচন কমিশনের সর্বশেষ তথ্য অনুযায়ী, এবারের নির্বাচনে ১২ কোটি ৭৭ লাখেরও বেশি ভোটার তাদের ভোটাধিকার প্রয়োগ করবেন। ভোটারদের সুবিধার্থে কমিশন ডিজিটাল ও ম্যানুয়াল উভয় পদ্ধতিতেই ভোটকেন্দ্রের তথ্য জানার ব্যবস্থা করেছে।

​নির্বাচনের দিন ভোটকেন্দ্রে যাওয়ার আগে আপনার ভোটার নম্বর এবং সিরিয়াল জানা থাকলে ভোটদান প্রক্রিয়া অনেক সহজ হয়ে যায়। যেমন, আপনার যদি এনআইডি নম্বর থাকে, তবে আপনি খুব সহজেই সেটি ব্যবহার করে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন। ধরা যাক, আপনার এনআইডি নম্বর ১২৩৪৫৬৭৮৯০, আপনি মোবাইলের মেসেজ অপশনে গিয়ে বড় হাতের অক্ষরে PC লিখে একটি স্পেস দিয়ে আপনার নম্বরটি টাইপ করে (যেমন: PC 1234567890) পাঠিয়ে দিন ১০৫ নম্বরে। ফিরতি বার্তায় আপনার নাম, ভোটার এলাকা এবং ভোটকেন্দ্রের নাম চলে আসবে।

​স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য রয়েছে আরও আধুনিক ব্যবস্থা। ‘Smart Election Management BD’ অ্যাপটি ফোনে ইনস্টল করে আপনার জন্ম তারিখ ও এনআইডি প্রদান করলে গুগল ম্যাপের মাধ্যমে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট ভোটকেন্দ্রটি কোথায় অবস্থিত তাও দেখে নিতে পারবেন।

এছাড়া যারা সরাসরি কথা বলতে পছন্দ করেন, তারা যেকোনো মোবাইল থেকে ১০৫ নম্বরে কল করে কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে নিজের সিরিয়াল নম্বরটি জেনে নিতে পারেন।

​অনলাইনে যারা দক্ষ, তারা সরাসরি নির্বাচন কমিশনের ওয়েবসাইট ecs.gov.bd-তে গিয়ে ‘ভোটার তথ্য’ অপশনে নিজের তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারেন। উল্লেখ্য যে, গত ১৫ জানুয়ারি ২০২৬ তারিখে ভোটকেন্দ্রের চূড়ান্ত গেজেট প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। যারা নতুন ভোটার হয়েছেন বা তথ্য সংশোধন করেছেন, তারা এনআইডি সার্ভিস পোর্টাল থেকে সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ তথ্যটি নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিতে পারেন। সময় বাঁচাতে এবং সঠিক কেন্দ্রে পৌঁছাতে ভোটারদের এই ডিজিটাল সেবাগুলো ব্যবহারের পরামর্শ দিয়েছে নির্বাচন কমিশন।

​ঘড়ির কাঁটা ১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি সকাল (৭ঃ৩০মিনিট) সাড়ে সাতটা পার হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই থেমে গেছে রূপগঞ্জের নির্বাচনী প্রচারণার দীর্ঘ কলরব। রাজপথের মাইকিং, মিছিল আর স্লোগানে যে জনপদ গত কয়েকদিন প্রকম্পিত ছিল, সেখানে এখন নেমে এসেছে এক রহস্যময় নীরবতা। আগামী ১২ ফেব্রুয়ারি (বৃহস্পতিবার) অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে বহুল প্রতীক্ষিত ত্রয়োদশ জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচন। একই দিনে ‘জুলাই জাতীয় সনদ’ বা সংবিধান সংস্কার বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে সারাদেশে ঐতিহাসিক গণভোটও অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। তারাবো ও কাঞ্চন পৌরসভা এবং রূপগঞ্জের সাতটি ইউনিয়ন—মুড়াপাড়া, গোলাকান্দাইল, ভুলতা, দাউদপুর, ভোলাবো, কায়েতপাড়া ও রূপগঞ্জ সদর—এখন যেন এক বিশাল রণক্ষেত্র, যেখানে প্রচারণার গর্জন শেষ হয়ে শুরু হয়েছে ব্যালট বাক্সের রায়ের অপেক্ষা।

​এই নির্বাচনের ঠিক আগমুহূর্তে রূপগঞ্জের রাজনীতিতে এক নাটকীয় মোড় লক্ষ্য করা গেছে। স্বতন্ত্র প্রার্থী দুলাল হোসেন এবং গণ অধিকার পরিষদের প্রার্থী ওয়াসিম উদ্দিন আকস্মিকভাবে নির্বাচন থেকে সরে দাঁড়িয়ে ধানের শীষের প্রার্থী মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান ভূঁইয়া দিপুকে পূর্ণ সমর্থন দিয়েছেন। এই একক মেরুকরণের ফলে দিপুর পালে এখন নতুন হাওয়া বইছে। ভুলতা ও গোলাকান্দাইলের জনবহুল মোড় থেকে শুরু করে দাউদপুর ও ভোলাবোর মেঠোপথ পর্যন্ত দিপু ভূঁইয়ার শো-ডাউনগুলো শেষ সময়ে জনসমুদ্রে পরিণত হয়েছিল। বিএনপির এই হেভিওয়েট প্রার্থী তারুণ্যের উদ্দীপনা আর রাজপথের শক্তিকে পুঁজি করে রূপগঞ্জকে নিজের দুর্গে পরিণত করতে মরিয়া হয়ে মাঠে ছিলেন।

​তবে রাজপথের এই উচ্চকণ্ঠ প্রচারণাকে খুব একটা গায়ে মাখছেন না দাঁড়িপাল্লার প্রার্থী আনোয়ার হোসেন মোল্লা। তিনি খেলছেন এক সুক্ষ্ম ও হিসেবি খেলা। কায়েতপাড়া ও মুড়াপাড়ার মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এলাকাগুলোতে আনোয়ার মোল্লার কর্মীরা বড় মিছিলের চেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্ব দিয়েছেন ‘ডোর-টু-ডোর’ বা ঘরে ঘরে গিয়ে প্রচারণায়। রাজনৈতিক বিশ্লেষকদের মতে, জামায়াতের এই ‘নীরব বিপ্লব’ নির্বাচনের দিন বড় ধরনের ওলটপালট ঘটিয়ে দিতে পারে। পাড়া-মহল্লায় আনোয়ার মোল্লার যে নিজস্ব ও সুশৃঙ্খল ভোটব্যাংক রয়েছে, তারা যদি সুপরিকল্পিতভাবে কেন্দ্রে পৌঁছাতে পারে, তবে বাজিমাত করা দাঁড়িপাল্লার জন্য অসম্ভব কিছু নয়।

​এই দুই মেরুর লড়াইয়ের মাঝে হাতপাখা প্রতীক নিয়ে নিজের অবস্থান শক্ত রেখেছেন মুফতি ইমদাদুল্লাহ হাসেমী। রূপগঞ্জের সাতটি ইউনিয়নে তার একনিষ্ঠ অনুসারীরা প্রচারণার শেষ সময় পর্যন্ত সরব উপস্থিতি জানান দিয়েছেন। বিশেষ করে ধর্মপ্রাণ ভোটারদের একটি বড় অংশ যদি হাতপাখার বাক্সে ভোট দেয়, তবে তা ধানের শীষ এবং দাঁড়িপাল্লা—উভয় পক্ষের জন্যই বড় বিপত্তির কারণ হতে পারে।
অন্যদিকে আপেল প্রতীক নিয়ে নতুন ধারার রাজনীতির বার্তা দিচ্ছেন ইনসানিয়াত বিপ্লব বাংলাদেশের মো. রেহান আফজাল।

​নির্বাচন কমিশন সূত্রে জানা গেছে, আগামী ১২ ফেব্রুয়ারি সকাল সাড়ে ৭টা থেকে বিকেল সাড়ে ৪টা পর্যন্ত এই আসনের ১২৯টি কেন্দ্রে ভোট গ্রহণ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। রূপগঞ্জের ৪ লাখ ৮ হাজার ৮২৯ জন ভোটার এবার দুটি ব্যালটে ভোট দেবেন। পছন্দের সংসদ সদস্য নির্বাচনের জন্য ব্যবহার করবেন সাদা ব্যালট এবং জুলাই জাতীয় সনদ (প্রধানমন্ত্রী পদের মেয়াদ সীমাবদ্ধতা ও দ্বিকক্ষ বিশিষ্ট সংসদসহ বিভিন্ন সংস্কার) অনুমোদনের জন্য গণভোটে ব্যবহার করবেন গোলাপি ব্যালট। প্রচারণার কোলাহল শেষে রূপগঞ্জ এখন এক থমথমে নীরবতায় ডুবে আছে। শেষ পর্যন্ত কি দিপুর রাজপথের উন্মাদনা জিতবে, নাকি আনোয়ার মোল্লার নীরব কৌশল সফল হবে—তা দেখতে এখন মুখিয়ে আছে পুরো জনপদ।
